Homepathy.in reserves the right to make these determinations based on objective evaluation of service delivery standards. We cannot issue refunds based solely on dissatisfaction with homeopathic treatment outcomes, as results vary by individual and may require time to manifest, or for subjective issues arising from miscommunication despite our best efforts to facilitate clear dialogue between practitioners and patients.

2. Medicine Order Refunds

Our medicine refund policy includes the following provisions:

  • Full refund for damaged, incorrect, or expired products (with photographic evidence)
  • No refunds for correctly delivered medicines once the package seal is broken
  • Replacement option available for products that appear different from website descriptions

3. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
